Photo Editing.

To begin with, to create my desired effect, I had to go to Filter > Artistic > Film Grain.

Once I had Done this, a separate window was opened to allow me to precisely change the amount of grain I wanted, as well as Intensity and Highlight area.

After selecting my exact settings for my film grain effect. I went to Image > Adjustments > Black and white.

After doing this, a 2nd window opened again to let me choose exactly what type of black and white I wanted. Not only was all colour drained, I could also choose how much of each colour, used to create the black and white effect, I wanted. This gave me many different results until I found a result I was pleased with.
